Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
Overview
Welcome to kieró. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to [kieró], which operates this store and website for customers in the United Kingdom and Europe, including all information, content, features, tools, products and services provided to you (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify technology, which allows us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with all policies referred to in them (the "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as delivery, cancellation and liability.
By viewing, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at eu.kieroskincare.com/policies/privacy-policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Where any term conflicts with a right you have under consumer law, your statutory right applies.
Section 1: Access and account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. To use the Services, including browsing our store or purchasing any product, you may be asked for information such as your email address, billing address, payment method and delivery address. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Section 2: Our products
We have made every effort to represent our products accurately. Please note that colours and appearance may differ depending on your device and its settings. Product descriptions and prices may change at any time. We may discontinue any product at any time; this does not affect orders we have already accepted.
Section 3: Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order. Your order is accepted when we send you an email confirming that it has been dispatched, at which point a contract is formed between us. If we decline your order we will refund any payment taken in full.
Nothing in this section affects your right to cancel your order within 14 days, which is set out in our Refund Policy at eu.kieroskincare.com/policies/refund-policy.
Our products are sold for personal use. We may decline orders that appear to be placed for resale or commercial export.
Section 4: Pricing and payment
All prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown separately and confirmed before you complete your order.
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties and import taxes may be payable on arrival and are your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.
The price you pay is the price displayed at the time we accept your order. If we discover a pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
By providing payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the details you give are accurate.
Section 5: Delivery
We will deliver your order within 30 days of accepting it, unless we agree a different date with you. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.
The goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you. Risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or a person you have nominated, takes physical possession of the goods.
If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the delay. If the delay is significant, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund for goods you have paid for but not received.
Section 6: Intellectual property
Our Services, including trade marks, text, images, graphics and design, are owned by us, our affiliates or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute or modify any material without our prior written consent.
Section 7: Optional tools
We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. Access to such tools is provided "as is" and "as available", without any endorsement by us.
Section 8: Third-party links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party materials, and any dealings with a third party are between you and that third party.
Section 9: Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify technology. Any sale or purchase made in our store is directly with us. Shopify is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and us.
Section 10: Privacy
All personal information we collect is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at eu.kieroskincare.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Section 11: Comments and feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions or reviews ("Comments"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, modify and publish them in connection with our business. We are not obliged to keep Comments confidential. You confirm that your Comments are your own and do not infringe anyone else's rights.
Section 12: Errors and inaccuracies
Occasionally information on our site may contain typographical errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing or availability. We may correct such errors and update information at any time. Where an error affects an order you have placed, section 4 applies.
Section 13: Prohibited uses
You must not use the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to breach any law; to infringe intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse or defame; to submit false information; to upload viruses or malicious code; for spamming or phishing; or to interfere with the security of the Services.
Section 14: Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if we suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you before we act and explain why. You remain liable for any amounts owed up to that point. If we end your access when you have not broken these Terms, we will refund any amount you have paid for goods not yet received.
Section 15: Our responsibility for the products
Where you are a consumer, we supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. These rights are given to you by law and cannot be excluded. Our Refund Policy explains how to tell us about a problem.
The Services themselves, including any content, tools and information on the site, are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing in this paragraph limits your statutory rights in relation to the products you buy.
Section 16: Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any breach of the terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the paragraph above, and where you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Where you are not a consumer, our total liability to you in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the order to which the claim relates.
Section 17: Indemnity
This section applies only where you are using the Services for business purposes and not as a consumer. In that case, you agree to indemnify us against any claim, demand or reasonable legal costs brought by a third party arising from your breach of these Terms or your infringement of any law or third-party right.
Section 18: Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Section 19: Entire agreement
These Terms and the policies referred to in them form the agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Services.
Section 20: Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation; we will tell you in writing if this happens and will make sure the transfer does not affect your rights under these Terms.
Section 21: Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live. If you are a consumer resident in a country of the European Economic Area, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
Section 22: Headings
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
Section 23: Changes to these Terms
You can review the current version of these Terms on this page at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here. Changes do not apply to orders we have already accepted.
Section 24: Complaints and contact
If you have a question or a complaint about these Terms, your order or our Services, please contact our customer service team. We aim to respond within five working days.
